Salon & Day Spa Policies
To enjoy your spa experiences
to the fullest, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment. Treatment will be given for the balance of
the session.
Reservations for all
services 55 minutes or more are assured with a credit card or a
gift certificate only. When canceling an appointment, we will gladly
reschedule for the next available time. However, it’s essential
to provide 24 hours notification, and if it’s a group of three
or more, 48 hours notice. Any cancellation after the required time,
or those who do not show for their appointment, will result in their
credit card being charged for the treatment, or gift certificate
being redeemed. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client,
and in turn maintains a higher availability of services for you
as well as others. Note: Booking an appointment at Capelli Salon
& Day Spa is acknowledgement of these terms.
We accept MasterCard,
Visa, Credit/Debit, checks or cash.
Gratuities have not been
included in the price of our treatments.
All prices are
subject to change depending upon service time or cost.
Unused merchandise
may be returned within 10 days for a retail or service credit only.
All sale items are final. Please choose carefully.
Capelli Salon
& Day Spa is a place of relaxation and serenity for all guests.
Our facility does not accommodate small children when you are receiving
treatments. (This includes waxing services.)
Tuesday - Friday
9 am - 6 pm, Saturday 9 am - 3 pm.
We
at Capelli Salon & Day Spa reserve the right to refuse services
to anyone at our discretion.
